Research Interests

Bio

Clementine is an MA student in the Department of Sociology. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Ethics, Society and Law from the University of Toronto, where she was a Jackman Research fellow. At Columbia, her research focuses on the organizational and interpersonal patterns of sexual harassment in the U.S. Congress. More generally, she is interested in how policy interventions can lead to social inequality and organizational failure in public sector organizations. Also at Columbia, she is a research assistant at Incite, where she is working on an oral history project collecting people’s stories of migration in the United States.
