Joss Greene is a PhD student in Sociology and Ernst M. Oppenheimer and Hilde Schall Fellow at Columbia University. His interests center around race, gender, sexuality, and punishment. His current research focuses on transgender people's experiences with the criminal justice system, from policing to incarceration to reentry.
