Kiamesha is the Program Coordinator in the Department of Sociology. “Miss K” is a creative, forward-thinking, problem solving, entrepreneur and mentor. Lead by her gift to relate to others on a personal and professional level, Kiamesha is often sought after to step into the role of a “fixer”. She uses her life experiences, intuitiveness, and business savvy to adjust and fulfill a multitude of needs. She is also known for her direct yet professional communication skills and integrity.
Before joining Columbia University in 2012, Kiamesha has worked in a variety of career fields that include entertainment, corporate retail, IT, finance administration in the industrial sector, real estate, domestic animal concierge, and education. Her ability to plan, organize and execute has proven to serve her well in her career journey.
When time permits, Kiamesha enjoys exploring her creative traits. She paints on canvas, decorates, makes jewelry, cooks and creates social channels for friends and associates to interact.
