I am a doctoral student and Paul F. Lazarsfeld Fellow in the Department of Sociology. I hold a B.A. in Sociology (Summa Cum Laude) from Columbia University School of General Studies where I conducted research on the work of male nannies and the masculinization of in-home childcare. In my honors thesis, I examined the production of the job of a "manny" (male nanny) as an instance of a "gendered relational package." My current research interests include gender, sexuality, sociology of work, and qualitative research methods.
