Pearlyn Hui Min Neo

Pearlyn is a MA student and Fulbright scholar in the Department of Sociology at Columbia University. Her primary research interests include urban poverty, community development, social networks, and participatory action research methodologies. Prior to beginning her studies at Columbia University, Pearlyn worked as a social researcher in Singapore studying underserved and stigmatised populations.
