Bio
Sheryl is a Masters student in the Department of Sociology. She holds a Bachelors in International and Global Studies as well as Spanish and a Masters in Global Studies from Brandeis University. For the past 10 years, Sheryl’s work and research has focused on immigrant integration, youth grantmaking, and social justice philanthropy. Her current interests are around immigrant integration, inclusion, and belonging, specifically for immigrant origin youth, with an additional focus on intergroup contact and community and civic engagement.
