Bio
Nicole is an MA student in the Department of Sociology and a Fulbright Scholar at Columbia University. She is broadly interested in how policy interventions shape and impact gender inequality and norms within labor markets. Her current research explores the effect of work-family policies on gender and social norms in heteronormative families. Prior to her studies at Columbia University, Nicole worked on policy analysis and development, program management and human resources in the Singapore Public Service.
