I am a career management consultant seeking to apply my professional background in organizational design, dynamics, and behavior to an academic context in Sociology. I have already completed a portion of the requirements for the MA degree via previous matriculation through the School of Professional Studies. My priority in the program is to complete a book manuscript concerning organizational failure that I began last year under Diane Vaughan.
