Biographical Note
Konin Zhu is a Master’s student in the Department of Sociology at Columbia University. Originally from Shanghai, China, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Minzu University of China in Beijing. His academic interests include Chinese society, organizations, political sociology, and historical sociology. His current research focuses on residents' behavior during Shanghai lockdown.
