David Stark Publishes New Edited Volume

Professor Stark's new edited volume, Practicing Sociology: Tacit Knowledge for the Social Scientific Craft, is out now through Columbia University Press. The volume is composed of reflections from some of the discipline's most distinguished researchers (many of whom are affiliated with Columbia).

On Monday, March 25th, the department celebrated the publication of David Stark's edited volume Practicing Sociology: Tacit Knowledge for the Social Scientific Craft with a book launch at The Forum. The launch included a panel discussion featuring four contributors to the volume (who also happen to be faculty members in our department!). The panel was followed by a reception attended by friends and colleagues from around New York City.
